Breakfast scramble
1. put a capful of olive oil in a heated skillet and wilt kale (about 3-5 min). chop mushrooms and throw in skillet with kale. then pour in about 1/2 tsp soy sauce. stir and let cook for about 3-5 min. then reduce heat.
2. drain and crumble firm or extra firm tofu, then add red onion and spices of your choice. mix together and add to skillet.
3. stir well, and let tofu heat all the way through (about 5 min). pour scramble onto a plate, add diced tomato, throw your choice of vegan cheese on top and a hash brown on the side.
*i don’t count calories. this won’t help you lose weight. it tastes delicious. and it’s 100% cruelty free.

Answer: because everyone is looking for a chase. Someone that challenges them and inspires them. When you’re accustomed to always being told yes, it’s nice to have someone stand up in defiance.
